CBI Elastomeric Infusion Pump
TUORen NewFuser® pump is a disposable ambulatory elastomeric pump with a hard case. It is used for the application of medication.
CBI Ambulatory Elastomeric Infusion Pump is a one-time-use, portable elastomeric infusion pump that promises medicine at a constant, pre-determined flow rate. Chemotherapy, antibiotic therapy, analgesic therapy, and different well-known intravenous, intraarterial, subcutaneous, epidural, perineural, and intralesional (in-operative wounds) infusions are possible with NewFuser®.
How It works!
The Infusion pump has a specially designed balloon-like silicone reservoir that is filled with the drug or fluid intended for infusion. This balloon exerts mechanical pressure, thereby administering the liquid-based medication through a flow restrictor, creating the predetermined flow rate. The device is designed to deliver the nominal volume within ±10 % of the nominal infusion time.
